What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically confirm your appointment and go over what you'll need, then we meet at your home, office, hospital, or nursing home — or online by secure video anywhere in Texas. I'm open 7 days a week, 9 AM–7 PM, with same-day and evening appointments often available. I serve McAllen, Edinburg, Mission, Pharr, Weslaco, Harlingen, and Brownsville in person, and all of Texas online.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes — background checked, and NNA certified, background screened, and E&O insured as a signing agent.
