- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
pricing as a QuickBooks Online is $23 per hour pricing scope of work as Architect is based on the B141 Architect Owner Agreement and custom based on the scope selected. My hourly rate varies depends, due to services availability , on the type of services the customer selects
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Architectural services: I will prepare a proposal based on informal survey of the B141 Architect Owner Agreement and custom based on the scope selected. After receipt of initial retainer and confirmation of lines of credit from DNB Accredited Financial Institution, I will initiate the agreed services scope of work. QuickBooks Online services: I will initiate an account with Quickbooks Online to initiate the services
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Architect services: I received a TX Registered Architect's License in Feb 2002 Quickbook Online: I passed the Mc GrawHill Quickbooks online course with 92% final assessment.
