If you own a DR Horton home, you probably already know the drill: the bones might be there, but the corner-cutting on the infrastructure—especially the HVAC and ductwork—can leave you with a house that feels like a swamp. For a long time, I was battling brutal indoor humidity levels that constantly hovered in the 60% to 70% range. It made the house uncomfortable and left me incredibly frustrated.
Before finding Chris and Rolando, I made the mistake of calling out one of those big, corporate "problem solver" companies. Instead of actually diagnosing the root mechanical and airflow issues, I got completely swindled. They sold me expensive, generic band-aids that did absolutely nothing to fix the underlying issues. They were just looking for a quick payout, leaving me right back where I started.

The owner of the company was immediately responsive to our questions and offered some tips and advice on our AC system issue even before we decided to book them!

Zac, one of their skilled technicians, came out the very next morning after they were able to work us in last minute (AC drain pipe was heavily clogged and we were without cool air for about 18 hours overnight mostly/luckily). Zac took the time to walk me through his assessment and how/why he used the methods he did to fix our issue. This team is fast, responsive, and very knowledgeable. We will absolutely call on them again in the future!
