Review Title: A Night and Day Difference – True HVAC Professionals Who Fixed a Mess and Earned a Customer for Life If you own a DR Horton home, you probably already know the drill: the bones might be there, but the corner-cutting on the infrastructure—especially the HVAC and ductwork—can leave you with a house that feels like a swamp. For a long time, I was battling brutal indoor humidity levels that constantly hovered in the 60% to 70% range. It made the house uncomfortable and left me incredibly frustrated. Before finding Chris and Rolando, I made the mistake of calling out one of those big, corporate "problem solver" companies. Instead of actually diagnosing the root mechanical and airflow issues, I got completely swindled. They sold me expensive, generic band-aids that did absolutely nothing to fix the underlying issues. They were just looking for a quick payout, leaving me right back where I started. Then, I found Chris and Rolando, and it was a complete night and day difference.

They were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on solving the problem.Our AC handler was extremely loud due to poor ductwork from a previous companyso loud that parts of the house would vibrate. We also had uneven airflow throughout the home. Several other companies came out but couldnt provide a real solution.Chris took the time to thoroughly evaluate the system, explain the issues, run calculations, and map out a plan for our home. His team then completed the work in just two days, including new ductwork, dampers, boxes, and more.The difference is incredible. Our home is quiet, the airflow is much better, and we can finally sleep without hearing and feeling the AC vibrating throughout the house. We wont use another AC company again!

This was a daunting experience but Chris took the time to explain my options and not pressure sell anything. Roland was so pleasant and helpful explaining the system, when and what service would be due, how to setup the thermostat and verifying everything worked before leaving. This was a smooth experience with clear and excellent communication from both sides of the team. I can't recommend them enough. These are the local folks we want to support!
