Edward's assessment of my shower floor problem was inaccurate so he did not charge me for his first attempt to fix it.
He said he would return the following week to fix it properly but due to a family emergency he had to cancel. He said he would contact me the following week but did not. I went ahead and made my own repair. I got a text from him the day I was finishing the tile setting saying he could come the following day but I informed him I fixed it myself.
If he had contacted me when he said he would I would have waited but because there was no communication I thought it best to fix the problem myself.
