- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge around $45/hour or we discuss a monthly flat rate for a whole year.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Online connection - we reach out to one another. 2. Discuss what services you are seeking. 3. If we both agree that your services you are seeking are within my scope of practice, we will set a formal meeting over zoom or in person to go over details. 4. We have our meeting and we will discuss an estimate or monthly payment plan for all of the services you are seeking. 5. I get started on your books!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Lots of continued education in business management and accounting. I went through nursing school and minored in business management as well.
