Had a topper placed on an existing pergola with a planter/privacy wall done and both projects were excellently completed. The finished products were beyond my expectations and made my family very happy. Very responsive as a company and met all my requests.

For months, my wife and I looked into different options to build a detached home office. Finally, we decided it was best to have someone build it from the bottom up, instead of the overpriced shed office options from the typical retailers.
As it turned out - after the build, drywall, insulation, flooring, etc. - Ronald ended up beating the price of the typical shed options and built my wife a beautiful building from the ground up.
100% recommend. Ron and his crew are awesome, trustworthy, and they know what they are doing. So much so, that I am even trying to hire him to do commercial work for me.

Ronald is a very skilled and professional craftsman. Hiring Emery Contracting was an outstanding choice. He replaced our stairs to our backyard and built a beautiful, high quality, composite deck. We have dealt with contractors over the years and can recognize a professional who truly cares about the quality of his work and honoring schedules. Our prices are comparable to the level of quality we provide. The cheapest quote is not always the best.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with my customers and see what ideas the have flowing in their minds, and I try to bring that to life.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up in the Construction industry as my father is a General Contractor in Hawaii. I have 7 years of professional building experience. I spent 5 years in the Pacific Northwest Carpenters union as a Journeyman and a Foreman on large commercial projects such as Nike, Facebook, Cash App, and Amazon buildings. I also took on "side work" after work and on the weekends, which slowly allowed me to start Emery Contracting LLC at the beginning of 2021 and work for myself full time on both residential and commercial projects.
