Introduction: Our work stands out from other companies because we are 24 hrs. We handle moving emergencies. We understand that things happen in life that don't allow you to have a normal move like many people desire. We don't charge cancellation fee's due to last min changes or emergencies. We don't charge from the time we leave our shop either. We take pride in the work we do, we enjoy our job and make sure each customer is satisfied before leaving the job site. Each job performed is a privilege to us, not just money. We enjoy talking to our customers, listening to their request. What we like best about our job is making each person feel as if they are family, we treat their items as if they are our own. We wouldn't want our items damaged so we take the time to wrap each item with pads and shrink wrap them into place. Meeting new people and of course learning about their moves with other companies, and how we exceed their expectations.

Contracted with them and paid for a home and piano to be moved - they dropped our piano. They say they have insurance, they say in the event of damage, we will repair your furniture if at all possible. They could not repair (they are not cabinet repair people, just handymen). Damages totalled $1397.68 - on our invoice in writing they admitted liability. Poor customer service, unprofessional conduct - numerous chances to make this right but Robert has chosen to not stand up to his promises. Shame on them. They say check Angie's List and BBB - I encourage you to do that as well as Yelp.

Penny and Michelle came to my house yesterday, very short notice packed my entire home quickly and efficiently. They made it very easy even though I didn't want a lot of the stuff I had so it made their job harder, not one complaint from them. I have a very large 3 bedroom plus lawn equipment and furniture. They packed everything they could. Then they called the movers 30 min before they would be done and they got there right as they were finishing. Amazing! The movers introduced themselves and did a walk threw of the home, at that time they strafed padding, shrink wrapping the items. Another guy was disassembling my beds and other items. I had a large piano which cost me extra but I didn't mind because I wanted to keep it. $150.00 to move the piano was much cheaper than anyone else. Once they made sure everything was disassembled and padded they loaded my items. Went outside got everything that needed to be loaded and loaded it up. I filled a 32ft truck to the max! They were worried they may have to come back for more but I didn't mind the extra time. They multi task well. I'm not one to just watch and be quiet I talked to them laughed with them and just had a great time all around from the packers to the movers it was awesome. We got to the new home and they set the whole thing up! Furniture where I wanted it reassembled it placed all my boxes where I wanted them neatly! My move took 12 hrs I feel so bad for them but I had a lot of stuff and I was picky. I wanted furniture in one spot then once it was setup I wanted to change it around. They didn't mind. I bought them dinner because I was so happy with it and tipped them all also. There prices are a little higher and I see why, if you want it done and done right call them. So after the move I asked if the cleaners could come it was a little late but they did! Cleaned my whole house base boards, fans, cabinets, appliances the whole none yards!! I tipped them too. I have used so many moving companies and this company has won my vote! I will tell everyone. By the time everything was done it was 11 pm but they never complained not once. Thank you!!!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Our most recent job we did was a long distance from a storage unit to San Antonio, Tx. We had placed her items in storage for a year, and when her home was ready delivered the items to San Antonio, this job was a 2 truck 4 man operation, it took the crews over 12 hrs. to do. We were sad to complete the job because she was such a wonderful person, and we knew that once we completed the job she wasn't moving again.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Check their references, look at their reviews. Not all reviews that look bad are actually bad, keep in mind that you have the right to see both sides of the story. Make sure you pick them because they best suite your needs not because they are the cheapest.
