Ms. Loyd listened patiently to my issue and was willing to work with me to get what I needed during my divorce. We’ve just begun, but I have full confidence she’ll ensure I’ll be treated fairly during the proceedings.Feb 13, 2018Verified
Such a great experience. I’ve never hired a lawyer and honestly was apprehensive about getting an honest one. I am so happy I chose this group. I literally have ZERO negatives to say.Apr 4, 2018Verified
I felt comfortable almost immediately with Ms. Loyd. So grateful for her calm, thoughtful responses. Divorce is never something you think will happen to you. The upheaval and uncertainty are difficult to face. I needed someone who would look after my interests and Ms. Loyd is that person. Thank you!Aug 4, 2017Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? There is no standard pricing in family law cases. It all hinges on the exact circumstances of your case and what issue are in dispute. I can ensure you that I am reasonable with billing and delegate the appropriate tasks to my staff to keep your legal fees down. I can also work with clients on payment plans, if necessary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Typically, I start with a brief telephone consultation to ensure I can assist you in your matter. Next, we will schedule a time to meet in-person and fill out the necessary paperwork. As it is ideal to meet clients in person, I am flexible and can always work around your schedule to arrange a meeting over the phone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a qualified mediator and I am trained in collaborative law. Being trained in those areas enhance my ability to reach a reasonable and creative solution to each client's individual issues, when necessary.
