FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My goal is to try and make beauty services affordable in order to help create space for long term beauty care.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new customers are advised to arrive early (10-15 minutes before appointment) to fill out client intake form, use the restroom before service in order to have an interruption free service. Depending on the service you may need to change into a spa gown, at this moment you should SILENCE your phone and put away, this allows for a peaceful service(the world can wait an hour). Before the service starts we will have a consultation to know any sensitivities and set goals for what your wants and needs are.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Esthetician in the state of Texas. Education is a very important part of this career since it is constantly evolving, so i am always trying to stay up to date in the esthetics/beauty world.
