- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each and every project that Thrive is selected for is priced custom to the work being provided. We do not charge a flat rate considering each project is different. Size of property, site access, obstructions (tree roots, rocks, concrete patios and walkways), and many other factors come into play in any construction project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All projects start with an initial consultation. This gives Thrive the opportunity to listen to the requests of our clientele and also to explain the process of each project. We believe Knowledge is power and the more you understand the process and procedures, the better decisions you can make when deciding on who to hire, and what to expect throughout your project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Thrive Outdoors is owned by a Licensed irrigator and former backflow prevention tester. All licensing requires educational courses and logged hours to keep licensing current. Thrive provides paver patios and retaining walls by crews with over 20 years experience. Plan reading, engineered walls, and design build are just a few talents our crews bring to your property. Our painting division is run by a very detailed group of painters. With a combined 30 years of field experience, you can trust that your painting needs are being handled with some of the most experienced people.
