Red is beyond incredible. Before I get to my review: I didn’t realize that Thumbtack charges each service provider per message regarding inquiries. If you’re interested in finding an estimate or more info about Red’s services, I would recommend googling WE DO IT RIGHT and using that contact info. If you inquire with Red, then don’t take the job, she gets charged just for your message via Thumbtack. Now, my review. Red was highly responsive from the get-go, and professional with every interaction. She quickly gave an estimate and coordinated a time. She arrived at the designated time and speedily got to work. I am highly detail-oriented and have some obsessive compulsive cleaning rituals. Due to a neck injury, I cannot do the tasks I require for my sanity’s sake in order to live peacefully in my home. Red attacked the cleaning project with as much precision and detail as I would have done, which is saying a lot as far as thoroughness and final result. I cannot recommend this phenomenal provider enough for the solid work she performs. I feel guilty for wanting to keep my rave review to myself, because I don’t want someone else taking the time slot I want from Red 😊, but she deserves all the praise and customers. I saw the person that gave you a 3 star, and you could've clean for her your right. The job you did for me brought tears to my eyes. It was like you didn't see how bad my house was. You loved on my dogs and you were the best. My friend recommended you and she was right about you. You sing so soft with your earphones on..I never saw you look at the time. You had so much respect for me house. No ugly faces are anything. I truly wanna say this. The name of your company is true. We Do it Right did is Right. I would give her a 10 if I could just so the 3 star can die out. Thank you Red.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will tell them upfront my fee and it will not change unless I'm ask to do something that I didn't agree to in my pricing. Any discounts are already giving at the beginning. Also a standard cleaning is always after a deep cleaning
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first clean will cost more. I then rotate my cleaning if the desire future cleaning with me. My Clients always tell me they hired someone and they hide their items to make it look like it is clean. I put my heart in my work. Questions are asking if unsure of anything. I want you to know your money was not a waste. I clean 1 house a day so that I complete what you hired me to do.

I have no education but I was educated as a child. It's in my genes.
