- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is affordable! It is calculated according to your business' specific needs. It will vary depending on the monthly services you require (bookkeeping, financial reports, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers will need a QuickBooks Online Account. I can set this up for you, if you do not already have a subscription. After you approve and sign the engagement letter, I will need to be added in your QuickBooks Online as your QuickBooks Online Accountant. To get started on your financial records, I will need access to several documents to include: "read only" access to credit cards and bank accounts; deposit verification information; online access to payroll processing account (if required); receipts for purchases from cash register or petty cash; receipts made with personal funds for business; provide listings of accounts receivable and payable (if required); asset agreement documents; and liability documents (loan, mortgage, line of credit, finance documents).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am QuickBooks Online Advanced and Payroll Certified. My education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in Business Information Systems which included several courses in Accounting and Finance. I have a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis of finance and accounting. I additionally obtained the Project Management Professional certification. I have a background of experience as an accountant and cost analyst for a total of 4 years in two different major corporations.
