FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I tried to work out all my stuff for I have like a price per foot square foot or square yard so that it's easy to equate for the customer every once in awhile you know that special custom deal it's just kind of you just have to figure out material labor costs about how long is going to take and then figure out a fair price for everyone
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to come in look the proposed job get the customers input as much as possible if they have preferences and then if not maybe make some suggestions of my own but I can make the customer feel at ease explain to her exactly what we're going to do now we're going to do it how long is going to take what the process is but always let them know that what they want is what they get if they're in good hands but not working products are guaranteed for this I don't want to worry about it again
