Introduction
We design, stage and photograph your home to make the best first impression! It’s proven that staged homes sell faster and for more money than vacant homes.
Picture Perfect Home Staging opened for business in 2021 offering the the complete package of design and photography for staging your home. The goal is to get it sold quicker and for more money! So far, most of the houses I have staged have sold within one day to two weeks. Several had been on the market for six months before staging. The others were all new listings.
We will customize a staging package to suit your needs for vacant homes, furnished or a combination of the two. We will take preliminary pictures, stage the home and then provide HDR images for marketing your property. Every package offers a free consultation.
