- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are kept simple. If you are paying with a check, then payment must be made in advance. If you are paying by credit card, then there is a $20 minimum. If it requires driving, then a gas fee is added. If it requires shipping, then a shipping fee is added.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I need to know what service you are interested in: private lessons, group classes, holiday events, private parties, henna tattoos, portfolio building classes, portraits, and other services... After that we work up time, location, and price, and then we go through with it. Cancellations depend on the reason or need for cancellation, and rescheduling depends on the calendar year and other obligations of the studio and it's employees.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a college graduate who is certified in many fields of art from notable art companies and industries such as (but not limited to) Grumbacher and Chartpak. I have taught in schools in several states and I have taken art classes in Europe as well as here in the United States. I have worked for Medical Illustration Companies, personal authors, web page designers, established companies going through a re branding, and new companies that need everything from a logo to advertising images. I, and the artists I employ are qualified to work in any medium and are able to tailor our work to fit your desired outcome.
