- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job has a minimum price of 100 dollars. I provide free estimates over the phone! After discussing the details of your home, I will provide a price range that fits the job description. This gives you a rough idea of what to expect on pricing. Everyone’s idea of clean is different, which is why I can only give quotes after I do a walkthrough of the home. Out of respect for your time, I ask that you only schedule a walkthrough if you are comfortable with the free estimate over the phone. This saves me a commute, and it saves you any frustration over pricing. I value your business, and if the job ever ends being more work than expected, we will be able to talk about that before hand. Unless the job is drastically different than the details discussed over the phone, your job will be somewhere in the estimate range.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make sure to maintain complete transparency to insure the best communication possible. Many people have never had housecleaning service. It is hard to have a stranger come inside your home to clean. I want to make all of my customers feel welcome and comfortable during the entire process. I walk through my cleaning process with all of my clients before, during, and after the cleaning process to insure that there is no confusion. I am also open to any questions my clients have, so feel free to ask! Once we finish taking about the details of the clean I will give an estimate, and we can discuss a good time to start the clean. I will then come out to clean the house on the set date, and introduce myself! You can stay in the same room as I clean, or you can let me clean on my own. I will let you know when I am finished cleaning, so that we can do a walk through of my work. At this point we will go over payment and discuss any further dates of cleaning! It’s as simple as that! Finding a solid house cleaner can be difficult, and that is why it is my mission to give you the highest quality cleaning at affordable price ranges.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started as a church janitor several years ago where I cared for the entire facility. Over the years I’ve learned how to efficiently and effectively clean houses and commercial buildings. Early this year I decided to start my own cleaning business, mainly focused towards recurring and deep cleans.
