- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we base all of our pricing job by job and strictly based on worked to be performed and materials if any that need to be purchased if travling is to be an issue from time to time thats included as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we try from the first meet and greet to show that were 2 trustworthy men that want to earn the customers work as well as start a new long lasting friendship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed and received my G.E.D. IN 1987 following that during my job as a maintenance supervisor i went to the S.E.A.S. school and was able to graduate and receive my SMA/SMT diploma upon completing in 2003. I also have an A/C refrigerant recovery certification as well as a refrigerant license to purchase as well
