- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price is simple: Translate a docuement/letter = $00.08 per word. Go to customer site = $30.00 per hr. Mon - Fri. After hours: $10.00 additional. Distance: within city limits, above rate. Baytown, Galveston, $15.00 additional for fuel. Weekends & Holidays = $15.00 extra.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
One must accept the fact of life, to believe in continuing education no matter what line of job one is involved. One does not know what life has to offer is you box oneself in only what you learned, when one was young and handsome. You cannot turn the clock back so keep looking forward , Find out what else life has to offer. Not only will you be surprise, but your will learn to be happier.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I graduated from MEDICAL school IN 1978. I believe to understand human beings, their needs when they are hurting not just physically, but mentally - emotionally. The fact they do not speak English, is not the reason not the solution.
