I am writing this to let the world know of one of the greatest person I have had the pleasure of coming across the gym in the many years of working out. Who am I talking about, William Nguyen, aka better known as Will of course. I have known Will for many years now, I met him at the 24 Fitness located in Diary Ashford, in Houston Texas. I remembered Will coming to the 24hr Fitness as a personal trainer, he was always focus on his task at hand, which was training his client. He caught my attention, because if how focus and determine he was in making sure the client was well trained. Believe me when I say, " Those are hard, and far in between to find in many personal trainers that I have observed in the many years of working out. " Will is very dedicated to his training, and I have seen him grow as a person, and trainer. Will has never change is way of taking care of his clients, he just continued to get better at his job. Will takes is training seriously, he has recently taken his training, and body to a new level. He is now competing and doing an excellent job at it. I see nothing but greatness for this young man, he is one of a kind. I would not hesitate to hire Will to train me. He is worth more than I can put in words. I have been training with Josh since early September. In just these past 5 months, I have seen my body change tremendously. Josh is a trainer that provides expertise, motivation, and flexibility. When it comes to health and fitness, this guy knows his stuff! I had sciatic nerve problems in my back and hamstrings when we first started training, now I am more flexible than ever. Josh has also changed my eating habits that leaves me healthier, stronger, and more energized. Not only is he excellent int he gym, but also with managing training schedules. His communication skills and organization has been monumental in setting up my training, due to my hectic schedule. I have taken many training sessions with Uriel (we all call him Woody) they are always high intensity and I always leave drenched. Whether you want to increase your boxing skills or just get in shape I highly recommend contacting Woody. We met at Revolution Dojo and did an hour long session. We started with a light circuit warm up, ran through some quick pad work, and finished with a killer bag work circuit. I usually burn between 1000 and 1200 calories in a session (wore a heart rate monitor to verify.) I highly recommend giving Woody a call.

I can't believe I have not heard of this place until recently. I was loooking for real world self defense training and found their website. The hand to hand street defense is excellent. I really like the knife and gun defenses. John Peek, the head instructor, incorporates so many different skill sets that give you solutions to just about any situation. The Tactical firearms training is the best I've ever seen! They teach the same method our Elite Marine combat teams used in Iraq when they entered Fallujah. The Israeli's call it L.O.T.A.R. Basically, a counter terrorism course adapted for home defense. Powerful, top notch training open to the gerneral public. He calls Haganah Houston "The New Breed of Martial Arts". I agree, it's in a league of it's own. Not another school like it. They are very concerned and attentive to safety and every student is important. So the atmosphere is very friendly and all the other students are helpful. He also has 5 other instructors that are all great as well. They just started a "Bully Proof for Kids" program that is simply remarkable. I have found no facility that gives so much for so little cost. They only charge $150 per month!
Morrison Butler is a great instructor. His classes are always challenging while being fun at the same time. His classes incorporate a variety of skills and disciplines making each class unique. His training includes strength and conditioning as well emphasizing good kickboxing and Muay Thai technique. Whether you are wanting to improve your fighting technique or looking for a fun way to burn a ton of calories and build your strength and stamina, I would strongly recommend training with Morrison.

Nicole is an excellent trainer! She sets my goals, supports me throughout the sessions, and has the education to accommodate my injuries for a successful workout! Additionally, she is my motivation to get their and to make it to through the session! She calls to confirm our appointments, which is great because I am that type of person to forget about me when I am working on my kids life, work, cooking, etc! Overall, Nicole is professional, educated and enhusiastic about maintaining your fitness goals!

Overall, I had a great experience. Gaby is a very knowledgeable trainer. Whether you want to get really into the technical side or putting you through an intense workout. I'm a good friend of his, yet he still takes our sessions very serious. He tries multiple approaches to help you understand the technique quicker and better. Gaby is not going to give you fake praise and compliments. He's a perfectionist, and you better work for his praise! All and all, Gaby is extremely passionate about what he does and it rubs off on you. I highly recommend him. Good guy.
I worked with Brian for 3 months last year. I was looking to learn some Kickboxing/MMA moves and to just get into better shape for a guy that was 60 years old. He worked my butt off! But, I saw improvement in my body, by blood pressure went down, and I was very pleased with the work that we did together. If I hadn't moved away from the area we would still be having our sessions!
Paolo is an amazing martial arts teacher. He as instructed me in Sanshou and Xing Yi styles. He also demonstrates a mastery of Pai Lum Dao Kung Fu as well as styles of Tai Ji and Bagua. I have also experienced his Iron Body training first hand. He is a master of teaching the basics, which are essential to the mastery of every style.
