Jay was very professional and respectful to me from first meeting him before I decided to hire him. He listened intently to my needs and didn't try to sell me his more expensive cameras but told me what camera I would need to purchase for my needs. He saved me hundreds of dollars on the camera. After dealing with him, I can understand why he has the top rating on Thumbtack for what he does. His communication prior to my camera being installed and afterward was OUTSTANDING!!! With his easy-going demeanor, if one can't feel comfortable with him, then there is something wrong with you. Jay, thanks for your sincere honesty and superb installation of my Reolink Camera.
