- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up consultations for all new clients. During the consultation we find out what is important to you so that we make sure to focus on the right shots during the wedding. This becomes extremely important when dealing with out of town guests or loved ones that you really want to make sure get captured in the footage.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our background is in television broadcast.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The most important thing to ask is what type of equipment and editing software will be used to capture your event. We use all professional grade equipment and edit with Final Cut.
