We replaced a 24 year old AC system that was on its last leg. From beginning to end, the entire process was smooth, professional, informative, and top notch. We discussed the different options, as well as educated me on each units SEER ratings. SEER stands for Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio. In its simplest terms, it is merely a rating for cooling efficiency.I sent outside pictures of the existing unit, as well as pictures inside the attic so they had an idea of the amount of space they had to work in, and see the current system. They showed up on time, with everything they needed, and completed the change out in just a couple of hours. The staff practiced precautions for Covid-19 as well as protective foot coverings each time they needed to enter the house to install the new thermostat. I couldnt be happier with the experience, price, and professionalism. I got a follow up call the next day, making sure everything was to satisfaction and confirm everything was working properly.

Ive been a customer of Comfort Zone for about 10 years now. The first time I had a cooling problem I called the company who originally installed the A/C unit. They gave me an estimate that seemed high. I then called Comfort Zone and spoke to Jason about the issue. A tech came out right away so we didnt have to sit in the heat and fixed the issue for WAY less than the original install company quoted. Couldnt be happier with the service or price! Since then, Ive have Comfort Zone do regular maintenance because I dont have to worry about them trying to sell me things I dont need.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very competitively priced, and based on what type of system you choose you may qualify for utility or manufacture rebates. We also offer discounts for senior citizens, veterans, first responders, and teachers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When it comes to replacing your system we’ll need to first conduct an onsite survey to make sure your new system will work perfectly. During this visit we answer any questions you may have and address any existing comfort issues you’ve had in your home. We also complete a manual J heat load calculation for your home for proper sizing. Once this is done we provide you with options based on your specific needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a licensed HVAC contractor. We are also certified by the National Comfort Institute for system performance and airflow.
