- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very competitively priced, and based on what type of system you choose you may qualify for utility or manufacture rebates. We also offer discounts for senior citizens, veterans, first responders, and teachers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When it comes to replacing your system we’ll need to first conduct an onsite survey to make sure your new system will work perfectly. During this visit we answer any questions you may have and address any existing comfort issues you’ve had in your home. We also complete a manual J heat load calculation for your home for proper sizing. Once this is done we provide you with options based on your specific needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a licensed HVAC contractor. We are also certified by the National Comfort Institute for system performance and airflow.
