- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I understand having a budget and looking for quality photos. I am willing to work with you to find something within your budget. Quality is very important to me, as well as pricing. I do have travel fees for certain locations, due to mileage, time, and parking fees. These range from $15-$25. At the time of booking I do require a deposit. I do this to ensure your time slot. If the deposit isn't paid your date is not guaranteed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would talk with you over the phone or even in person at a coffeeshop. Just to go over your ideas and different locations for a shoot and to bounce off ideas with each other. I believe this is very important so we can establish an relationship and communication right off the bat. After initial phone/meet up; I will then confirm, and from there we meet up for the shoot. After the shoot I will directly email you the proofs and you select the edits you prefer. Easy as that! Edits can take anywhere from a few days to three weeks, depending on season and my workload.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self taught photographer and make sure to to continue to be up to date by taking classes and seminars.
