Brayco Properties purchased Handy Andy building in 2017 to do a massive renovation. The 133,000 sf warehouse has now been transformed into 35 live-work lofts and 10 flex warehouse spaces. Edvin, the owner, was instrumental in helping us get this completed. His company did most of the below- foundation work in the crawl space, insulation trenching etc. We highly recommend his company.

We built custom houses in central Texas, Castillo Insulation, LLC.
