It was absolutely an outstanding experience having Chris fix the virus problems on my computer. He is very professional and knowledgeable about various virus issues and software, and really went for the extra mile identifying problems for me as my PC was infected with some serious bugs. Chris even made an extra trip to my home to repair some lingering spyware. My computer is now super clean and runs smoothly as new! I always try to stay informed on any and all new tech that hits the market. I consider myself a tech junkie.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always enjoyed working on computers. That eventually led into all things electronic. I love the challenge, and I enjoy seeing all of the innovations that come out every year.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you can describe the problem with the most detail. This will allow me to get a more accurate picture of the problem as well as provide a quote faster.
