Tom and his son did two jobs for me. One was to repair a bathroom floor damaged by water. He did an excellent job of removing the old floor, replacing it with a new floor and then adding a beautiful tile floor. I asked him to add a whirlpool tub and they did a wonderful tile job around the tup and the new vanity we had to add because the old one was water damaged. It is a beautiful bathroom with outstanding tile work on the floor and around the tub. I thoroughly enjoy my remodeled bathroom! He also repaired a roof gutter on my home damaged by an oak tree and had to replace the whole gutter. It is working well. He repaired a roof on a storage shed and replaced the rickety steps with a beautiful porch that is safe and very solid. All in all he worked hard, kept me informed and did outstanding work. He will tell you he is a bit higher than some, but the quality of his work is worth the extra cost. The only negative is that his estimates tend to be lower than the final cost, but it is usually because he finds he underestimated the time or the complexity of the repair.

I'm live in California, and my company rehabs properties throughout the U.S. I've worked with a lot of contractors, and I want to say that Tom and Matthew with Paradise Construction are without question one of the best I've had the pleasure of hiring, and working with. They do fantastic work, worth every penny. Because we can count on a quality contractor like Tom at Paradise Construction we will be purchasing more properties in the San Antonio area knowing we have Tom to take care of those projects.

Tom and Matthew were quick to respond to my request, come out to look at what needed to be done, give a fair bid, and schedule the work. They were very professional, arrived promptly to work, and they were able to repair the water damage to the drywall and beams around my garage door all in the same day. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do 30 hours of ethics continuing education ever 2 years to keep my insurance adjusters license up to date. To be more effective for insurance losses for my customers.I have had an adjusters licence for 10 years.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We repaired a ladys bathroom, water had damaged the floor & walls. We had to remove the floor & some of the walls. When we were finished we had replaced the floor & tiled it. We installed a jacuzzi tub & built an inclosure around the tub. We tiled the walls and the tub encloser. The job turned out beautiful. But most of all the lady was extremely pleased,
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they have a license, insurance & references.
