Hello, thank you for visiting! ☺️ Please read first. I’ve been cleaning houses for over 20 years now. I believe in a great rapport and elbow grease. Please allow for a minimum of a week’s notice for scheduling. My pricing includes cleaning products and I will also use natural/safe cleaning agents if that is what you would like, but you must provide these. I do not bring my own vacuum cleaner so you will need to provide this as well. Bringing my own has become too cumbersome. Send me a message so we can work out a plan that fits your needs and budget.

Let me address the important qualities that the Unconventional Cleaner, Zendra, exhibited 3 weeks ago in preparing to move out of my condo having lived there for 11 years. My place was in very bad shape and I had no idea how much effort it would take to clean the place and get it ready for a ship-shape walk-through inspection by the landlady. Responsiveness: First of all, Zendra responded within 7 minutes to my online request for a cleaner on a Sunday! 5/5 Punctuality: She was available and arrived 15 minutes early (very punctual), 5/5 . Work Quality: Outstanding, 5/5. Professionalism: Outstanding, 5/5. Value: Outstanding, 5/5. She came in early on a Sunday! The results were worth the cost. Hire her. Don’t hesitate!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I only reply to inquiries that choose "Just Once". We can discuss recurring visits after we meet but Professionals pay a hefty price for recurring jobs here on Thumbtack. There are variables that effect pricing. The price you see when you run through the wizard here on Thumbtack is an estimate. To firm up any estimate, just make an appointment with me to stop by to meet you and go over your needs; or if you would like, snap a few pictures and send them to me! That would help also. If you are interested in a recurring job, remember, the initial clean always takes the longest and costs more than the return visits. My pricing includes cleaning products and I will also use natural/safe cleaning agents so please let me know if that is what you would like.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everybody is different. There are basics that are most always the same but a new cleaning person/client relationship requires communication of your needs and expectations. I am here to learn what your needs and expectations are. Communication is key.
