- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fees do vary, but there is often a base fee for both chapter 7 and chapter 13 cases. Further, for clients that come to us through Thumbtack, they will save almost 50% off our base fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We value our relationship with our clients. Every prospective client will meet one on one with a lawyer to discuss their financial challenges. It is then up to the client to determine the course of action that best suits their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mr. DeMarco has been helping people restructure their finances since 1988. He is licensed to practice law in both California and Texas.
