- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the level of involvement, I have a couple of fee structures. For purely business advice or coaching, I have the most economical fee. For a more consultative approach which includes management training and hands-on implementation of solutions, I charge $195 per hour. I am interested in helping business owners succeed, so in some cases I may work with the Client on creating a payment plan over time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I use advanced business consulting methodologies. The first step, prior to engaging in a project, is to take the time to listen and understand what the Client's current situation is, what are the issues that trouble the business or what opportunities are desired to pursue and what outcomes or goals the Client expects from the consulting engagement. Then, I will create a scope of work, estimate the number of hours it will take to achieve the desired results and provide a list of deliverables to hold myself accountable to the Client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15+ years acquiring a vast amount of business skills and experience in corporate and entrepreneurial organizations. I hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration & Marketing and post-graduate Business Administration studies from the Marshall School of Business from the University of Southern California. I have held management positions in Fortune 500 companies and have been an entrepreneur growing my own businesses. In stark contrast with the majority of other business consultants, I possess much more specific and technical business consulting training through accreditation as a Business Consultant through a national business consulting accreditation association and I'm a Certified Business Mentor by the U.S. Small Business Administration. Additionally, I have worked for a major U.S. based Business Consulting firm with over 800 employees where I traveled all over the U.S. helping small and medium business owners improve their sales, operations, productivity, strategy, growth and profitability. During that time I learned more high-level business consulting methodologies, skills and strategies to help business owners more effectively. Besides being an experienced, career business consultant, I also specialize in turnaround and growth situations.
