- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First time customers receive $5 off their first bathing or grooming package. Our pricing is very competitive with a professional mobile grooming van!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Calling the customer or texting and letting the customer book an appointment online. If the customer does not want to book online they can call me and I will set it up as soon as possible. Calls are usually returned between 7pm-9pm on work days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Professional All Breed Groomer, constantly going to Grooming Shows, Conferences, Events, Shows and Symposiums keeping up with the latest trends, styles and techniques.
