- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As the founder of Metro DJ, I decided to become a DJ when I was 15 years old. As a child, I was frequently told I was shy and was bullied at school. Instead of accepting my shyness and discouragement from being bullied as a fact of life, I chose to grow from my experience. For me, becoming a DJ didn't just mean "playing music for people." Becoming a DJ also meant; public speaking, being outrageous, and "putting myself out there." I decided on my line of work as a way to overcome my greatest fears.
