- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give every customer a great value and education when I come to your home or business. You will never pay what the "big truck" companies charge for irrigation services. I only use the best irrgation products on the market and all workmanship carries a 6 month warranty on repairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically will have a phone conversation with all new customers about their irrigation issue(s). I will then set an appointment with the customer and do a full evaluation of the existing system. Service call includes diagnostic testing of controller, field valves, and your hydraullics. Once I am able to identify the problem(s), I will present the customer with a repair estimate and fix it while on site.
