Olaya and Josh worked very hard to get cold AC in our home again. Their crew were here from early morning to well into the evening installing our new unit and making revisions in the ducting to optimize performance. They also worked with us on getting funds together for final payment. An overall great experience. We felt very comfortable working with them.

I knew I was in trouble for repair/support as I left my phone message about my AC unit blowing only hot air after 7pm. I was truly surprised to be called back within an hour that late by the owner of Efficient Home Solutions, David Rivera; assuring me a technician would be on site at my home first thing in the morning.Technician Josh Cadiz arrived early next morning. After his thorough examination of my AC operation, Josh proceeded to patiently explain the problems he had found and the plans he had made to resolve those. First though - a temporary portable AC unit was ordered for my overnight comfort as the temperature in my home was 85 degrees at that time. Next - a replacement AC unit was ordered with installation planned for the first thing the following morning.Following the new AC unit install the following morning; I was surprised to see Josh back to test out the just installed new unit and to answer any questions I might have from the process.This followup visit was an unexpected great relief to me at that time - and, it was also a reminder to me of that great decision I made some 5 years earlier to always handle all my AC or heat issues with Efficient Home Solutions.

I called to get a 2nd opinion after being offered same in Yelp messages. Im so glad I did. Jordan arrived early in the window, was personable, knowledgeable, and polite. He diagnosed the issue and went to grab the correct size part for our unit. He had us sitting in cool air in under an hour- for 1/10th of the first companys quote. Were about to have triple digit temps- their responsiveness, communication, and commitment to service is well appreciated.
