- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide free on-site estimates with transparent, upfront pricing—no surprises. Our residential garage floor coatings typically range from $2,600–$6,500 depending on size and condition. We use a professional-grade polyurea base coat and polyaspartic topcoat system, which is a significant upgrade from the big-box epoxy kits most competitors use. You get a better product, better finish, and it actually lasts. We back that up with a lifetime warranty for as long as you own your home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free on-site visit to assess your garage floor, measure the space, and talk through your options for color and finish. From there you get a written quote same day. Once you're ready to move forward we schedule your install, which is typically completed in one day. We prep the surface properly—grinding, not acid washing—apply the polyurea base coat and polyaspartic topcoat, and you're back in your garage within 24 hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Legacy Industrial Coatings has 10 years of hands-on experience installing professional floor coating systems across the entire DFW Metroplex. Our team is trained specifically on polyurea and polyaspartic application systems, which require more precision and expertise than standard epoxy. We came from a commercial flooring background, which means our standards, surface prep, and quality control are at a completely different level than most residential garage floor companies.
