- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to be efficient and client focused. We begin with a complimentary on-site estimate, followed by a detailed explanation of the project and available options. Once approved, we schedule and complete the work with precision and care, finishing with a final walkthrough to ensure complete customer satisfaction. We keep communication open the entire time, so you always know what’s going on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from hands-on work in remodeling since the age of 18. Over the years, we’ve worked on a wide range of projects including drywall, flooring, and full renovations. This experience has allowed us to develop strong skills, attention to detail, and a focus on delivering quality results for every customer.
