My partner and I collectively have about 24 years of experience in the flooring business working for others. We decided to have our own business last year and we did it. Our main goal is our customers satisfaction in everything. The materials we sell are brand name, 1st quality. No seconds. For installation, we use top notch installers that leaves our customers with WOW feeling. Lastly, our outstanding customer service that makes our customers feel like they are family. Just had about 550 so of hardwood flooring installed. We cannot say enough great things about the work they did. Wael visited and gave a detailed estimate and we scheduled the installation for yesterday. We were prepared for three days, but they were almost completely done on the first day. They worked 12 hours straight and would have been done if not for the storm starting at 7pm. They came this morning and finished in about two hours. They even had to level the concrete and reinstall new baseboards and still almost finished on the first day. I had estimates from multiple companies, and we are so happy we went with 1st Choice Floors. Beautiful work, very friendly and above all, very hardworking folks. Highly, highly recommended.

Was responsive and came quickly for a quote. The ended up being more expensive than all our other quotes so we ended up going another route.
