FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The fees I charge are usually flat, meaning you pay the quoted price and thats it. There are certain types of cases where I do charge an hourly rates but those are not the majority of my cases. I do also offer payment plans and a discount for DACA recipients and veterans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If a customer decides they want my representation, there is usually an intake process where I send a questionnaire for them to complete so that I can get the necessary information to conduct a legal analysis. I also utilize a client portal so that my clients can make payments, communicate, and share documents all online. Once everything is prepared, we would get together to sign all the necessary forms as applicable to the type of representation the customer needs. Depending on the scope of representation, I would then work on behalf of the customer to ensure they have the best possibility of achieving the result they want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in Mechanical Engineering from West Point, a J.D. from Texas Wesleyan at Texas A&M School of Law and approximately 20 years of work experiences in various capacities that help me provide the best quality of service and customer experience I possibly can.
