FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually recommend talking to your local Home Depot pros and seeing what most people in your area are charging. Some contractors are known for high prices and not so much on quality work. Make sure you feel confident and most importantly confortable with the people you hire. After all. It is your home. You should always have the final say
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We walk the customer step by step and make sure we work around their schedule. We don’t want the customer to feel trapped or stressed out during the time we spend making your home better. Happy customers are our main concern
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been working on my own for the last 8 Years. Now I want to continue working with my dad and brother as one family business.
