Justin Harris and his partners did a horrible job on my project. The only thing they got right was my carpet in 3 rooms and time will tell on that. Now he continues to ask for money when I’m having to have other contractors come in and fix the work he did incorrectly. My porcelain floors are uneven and at this point a new contractor is doing a patch job in the really bad areas to try and avoid ripping it all up because the tile is in the majority of my home. I have damages done by their contractors, a badly installed marble countertop and the list goes on. My house was left with dust and trash which took me hours to clean. This whole project was a mess and they won’t do the right thing. And their communication is horrible. If they reply it is days later and Harris has been very disrespectful in yelling at and blaming me. The night before my move in at 7am my garage was still full of trash and debris along with my brand new carpet. This mess sat in my garage for two weeks. Finally a dumpster arrived and then sat in my driveway, full for another 2 weeks. I had to ask multiple times to remove the dumpster and the overflow sat in my backyard for another week or so. Unorganized, unprofessional, no attention to detail.
