Contacted Ty thru thumbtack and he replied right away. I told him that we lost our car keys, and I scheduled him to come take a look and he came earlier and was able to make a key right there on the spot in under 5 minutes! It worked like a charm. I was trying to make sure I was there, thinking I needed to be, but he can get all his work done and I didn't even need to be present! Easy payment method, and I have to say that Ty is someone that knows his job very well and can make it happen. I am impressed and just absolutely happy about his service. If I ever need locksmith service again, Fasttrac Locksmith is the only place I'll use.
