At KeyNow Locksmith, we value honesty and transparency. We operate with a standard service call fee to cover the cost of our mobile unit coming out to your location. Once on-site, we assess the specific situation and provide a firm, upfront price before any work begins so there are never any surprises. We offer competitive rates for the DFW area and are happy to provide discounts for seniors, veterans, and active military personnel as a thank you for their service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to be stress-free and fast. First, you reach out with your issue, and we ask a few questions to understand the scope and give you an initial estimate. Then, we dispatch our fully equipped mobile workshop directly to your location anywhere in the DFW metroplex. We fix the problem on the spot, whether it is cutting a car key or changing a door lock, and we ensure everything works perfectly before taking payment.
