FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is designed to be straightforward and transparent, with packages that include a set number of edited digital images and options to purchase additional prints or digitals if desired. I occasionally offer seasonal promotions—such as fall family sessions or holiday shoots—and discounts for repeat clients or referrals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by having a consultation (either by phone, email, or in person) to learn more about your vision, style, and goals for the session. From there, I help with planning—choosing the right location, time of day, and even wardrobe guidance if needed. On the day of the shoot, I focus on making the experience comfortable and natural, so your personality shines through. After the session, I cull, edit, and deliver your gallery with options for you to select favorites and order prints.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied at Southern Methodist University and have continued to grow my craft through years of practice, professional workshops, and real-world experience. Beyond formal training, I also coach and teach, which gives me a unique ability to work with people of all ages and make them feel at ease in front of the camera.
