Don was the best, absolutely best and awesome. He created a new resume for me, which was very compelling and powerful. I couldn't have done it myself. (Thanks, Don). All through the process Don was a very keen listener, sharp observer, and had a knack to go through a lot of information and extract the essence of what needed to be written on my resume. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price will depend on the nature and scope of the work requested.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with the new customer and listen carefully to what he or she needs. Together, we set up a work plan and schedule that addresses their needs as soon as possible. We collaborate by phone and email as necessary until the work is completed. When needed, I work at the client's small business location.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS degree in Engineering from West Point and an MS degree in Management and Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas. I have taken numerous training courses through companies for which I have worked, such as Texas Instruments, and I am Process Management Certified from the University of Texas at Austin. I am a lifelong learner, particularly in leadership development and process improvement.
