What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is set by a standard menu style system. Your Roof Advisor will select the products needed for your specific job and it will show the estimate.
We do offer discounts which would be presented to you at the home or that you may hear advertised on the radio or other media platforms.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule an appointment that is convenient for you.
Our Roof Advisor will show up on time, perform the inspection, and then go over the options with you.
Once a contract is signed, our office will call you to schedule the work to be performed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified with NTRCA, RCAT, and an Owens Corning Platinum Contractor. We also hold certifications with other manufactures such as LP Siding, GAF, Certainteed, and Atlas.
Our Roof Advisors have training classes 2 times per week.
