- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is similar to H&R Block but the quality of our tax returns is much, much higher. We employ full time master's degree accountants at a minimum.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our firm members perform over 200% of required continuing education. We also have many additional in-house classes taught by our firm experts.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently intervened and stopped IRS collections so the government could have time to process a $1.2 million refund.
