- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, we are a flat rate company so the price we quote is the price you get. The only way the price will go up is if you add aditional work, or the scope of work is more than we originally discussed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The way our process works is, we first dicuss the best time for you to come out. We always put our customers schedule before our own. Once we get out to the job site we will look over everything, and explain to you the work the we will be doing. When we know you are comfortable we will start by preping the area with plastic if needed to prevent damage. We will then proceed to complete the requested work. After we finish we will have you come look it over it and explain to you everything we did. We will then answer any questions you may have. Once we know your happy we will proceed to take payment and leave everything the way it was before we arive.
