- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've done an enormous amount of logo design and website development. I've created websites for carpet cleaners, accounting firms, title companies, landscapers and construction companies, medical and technology industry websites and more. I'm not sure there's a typical client as I've had so many over the fifteen years I've been doing this.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Both parties need to be committed to the design process, ask questions and know what to expect at every stage of development. Changes happen but don't catch your designer off guard, communicate and discuss your ideas so they know what you need them to do--and perhaps even anticipate needs you're not thinking about yet. Keep the lines of communication open and going during all phases of a project.
