I have not hired anyone to do my roofing project as of yet, I have received one estimate as of 4/5/16. I have request for metal roof for house and 20 year composition for garauge. I need a complete break down on this project in writing . One as described above and another doing both home and garauge done with 30 year composition. Ask Contractor to provide Me with two separate estimates. No Gentalmen agreements, everything must be in writing . Thanks. James Husak
