I have an older house that had some VERY old and inefficient insulation that probably dated back to when the house was built in the 60s. I contacted Eli's to see if he would come out and do a survey of what I had and what needed to be replaced or redone. Ended up going with radiant barrier and blown in insulation to replace the old fiberglass batts that were against the roof. It's not quite summer weather yet, but I can already tell a difference in the house and my upstairs is about 8-12 degrees cooler than previous years. Eli has worked with me and been super patient when I've had to push things or move install dates to make it easier for me to work around my job and other contractors. Top notch work and I'm looking forward to summer for the first time in years.

We have been undergoing a massive kitchen renovation, and throughout the process lost a significant amount of insulation in our attic. In addition, due to the nature of the renovation, we lost one of our main air returns and air supplies as well. Mason and his team got out here quickly, gave a very fair quote, and were ready to get the work done very quickly. They insulated ~1000 sqft, installed our new air return, cleaned all of our ducts, connected our new air supply, and even went into our AC unit and cleaned out excess dust from the renovation. Overall, Mason and his team were great and I would highly recommend them

He was the best, honest and not overselling anything. He was on time, did amazing work and our house AC just shut off at 73 and it's over 100 outside. Give this one a call, because you will be very please and won't be oversold or told things. Before and after blown in insulation and solar fan!

I have been remodeling my home for over a year. In that time, I have learned how to do everything because everyone I hired over charged me and did a terrible job and then vanished. So I decided to do it all myself. When it came to the attic insulation I thought I would do it myself as well. But I figured I would get a few quotes to compare the price of DIY vs Professional. I messaged another very highly rated insulation company on thumbtack who ignored me and never replied. Mason from Eli’s Elite Home Efficiency actually reached out to me to give me a quote. This initiative gave me a warm fuzzy feeling. When Mason arrived, he was a great breath of fresh air. I cannot express this enough how refreshing it was to deal with someone who takes real pride in his work and cares about his clients.
