Lynette is wonderful! She feeds our horses, cow and cats and lets us know when anything seems off. And sometimes she just checks in to let us know all is well. Our fence was down one time and she took care of it for us. She also checks to make sure we made it home to make sure we don't need her again. I've also had to contact her at last minute to see if she can feed for me and she is always happy to oblige. I've even referred her to our neighbors and they love her as well.Aug 1, 2017Verified

Lynette is FANTASTIC!!! She really listened to our needs and has done a GREAT job of educating and involving the entire family on how to achieve the results we desired. I cannot recommend her enough!!! I am happy to serve as a reference for anyone who may need one.Feb 16, 2019Verified
We absolutely adore Lynette! You can’t get any better. We even call her when we will be out of town for boarding because she treats our pup so well!!Apr 25, 2019Verified
We have just had our first of five training sessions this morning. Lynette is absolutely delightful to work with! She definitely knew just how to approach our 1 year old Labrador, Blue. I am very excited to continue our training. I feel confident that, with Lynette's help, we will teach Blue the manners that will improve her reputation with others and make our life together most enjoyable. We LOVE this dog like crazy, but would prefer to maintain our sanity!!!!!! So thankful to have found a trainer who cares and understands the best way forward!Jun 27, 2018Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I do have standard pricing. Training pricing is based on location and need. I have pricing for half hour long sessions and hour long sessions and discounts for booking multiple sessions at once. The age of the dog generally dictates which length of session will work best. Most training requires at least 5 sessions although many need 10. As well, 10 sessions allows us to address anything else that pops up or to train and learn other things. I have a similar pricing system for pet sitting. Pricing is based on location and number of pets/duties required, and I have discounts for those that need multiple visits in one day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? When working with basic or behavioral training needs, I prefer to sit down with the customer and pet to get a feel of what their individual needs and tastes are. It's important to fully understand the customer's needs and the pet's personality along with determining what the true reason behind each behavior. When working with pet/house sitting customers, I like to sit down and discuss with them their normal routine as well as talk about any health or behavioral concerns they have for their pets while they're away.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have 25+ yrs experience working with pets in a professional environment. I graduated in 2000 from NCTC with an Associates Degree in Equine Science along with a certificate in training and breeding. I've working in vet clinics, for animal services, and was a Pet Trainer 2 for PetSmart for 4 years.
